At Tazero Company, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the rules regarding the cancellation of our doorstep handyman and appliance repair services:
 
1. Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule their service booking free of charge up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
 
2. Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made less than two hours before the appointment, or after our technician has already departed for your location, a standard cancellation fee may apply.
 
3. On-Site Cancellation: If our technician reaches your doorstep and you decide to cancel the service at that moment, you will be strictly required to pay the standard inspection/visiting fee to cover the technician's travel and diagnostic costs.
 
4. Cancellation by Company: Tazero Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, technician unavailability, or unsafe working environments. In such cases, no fee will be charged to the customer.
