Thank you for choosing Tazero Company. We strive to provide the highest quality appliance repair and handyman services. Please review our policy regarding service refunds:
 
1. Service Warranty: We provide a limited workmanship warranty on our repair services. If the exact same technical fault recurs within this specified period, our technician will re-service the appliance free of charge.
 
2. Unresolved Issues & Refunds: If a technical fault cannot be fixed due to poor workmanship or service errors from our end, a partial or full refund of the service fee will be approved.
 
3. Refund Processing Time: Once approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to the customer's original mode of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
 
4. Materials Exclusion: Charges collected for new spare parts or materials that have already been opened, unboxed, or installed in your appliance are completely final and non-refundable.
